About The Position

Position’s Contributions to Work Group: - Expert in Project Management tools and processes utilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project - Determine and define project scope and objectives - Plan and lead program and project planning sessions - Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan - Interpret & communicate Voice of the Customer (VOC), Voice of business (VOB), and Critical Customer requirements (CCR). - Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress - Manage and communicate project issues, risk and overall status - Ability to function independently in leading a large, diverse program or project planning sessions. - Ability to adapt to diverse business climates. - Should have strong project management skills, team leadership skills, excellent communication skills, strong analytical and organizational skills. - 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible job-related experience project management experience is required. - Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions. - Professional training in leading and facilitating meetings is highly desired. Education/Experience Requirements: 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible job-related experience project management experience is required. Requirements

5 to 7 years of progressively responsible job-related experience project management experience is required.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.
Proven ability to lead projects (IT specifically)
