About The Position

Brainchild Bio is a clinical-stage biotechnology company with a singular focus: delivering cell therapy products to children with serious disease. As we grow, we are looking for a Project Manager who will sit at the center of our cross-functional work that connects teams, sharpens communication, and ensures the right things get done at the right time. This PM will support multiple cross-functional project teams and serve as a critical enabler of how Brainchild Bio executes its mission. You will build and maintain the systems, tools, and communication pathways that keep complex work on track, and you will be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. They should be able to anticipate the needs of their stakeholders and escalate issues before they become a barrier to the project's success. They should be able to understand issues at the technical level and translate them to multiple stakeholders. This role will also partner with other Brainchild Bio Project Managers to continuously improve the PM toolkit as Brainchild grows and executes is mission.

Requirements

  • 4+ years as the driving coordinating force on cross functional teams
  • 2+ years as a project manager
  • Excellent facilitation skills and demonstrated aptitude and experience in influencing stakeholders
  • Well organized and high ability to track day to day activities across cross functional teams
  • Experience with and aptitude for working with project management tools for communicating and reporting information regularly

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working on cell therapy programs a plus

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and support cross-functional project teams executing the development of novel therapeutics from product selection through early clinical development and beyond
  • Develop and implement project management and communication tools to support a diverse set of activities ranging from research to clinical and manufacturing
  • Coordinate and manage communication and coordination with external partners as needed including establishing best practices for working with external parties
  • Develop and maintain project timelines while being nearly preternaturally aware of potential risks to milestones and collaboratively addressing those risks with the project team and leadership as needed
  • Establish a presence as the hub of information flow for supported project teams and ensure information and deliverables flow as needed between team members and external parties
  • Leverage experience to be a part of the conversation with the team and a driving force to help BrainChild deliver therapies for the children that need them
