About The Position

C2O Americas is seeking a results-driven Project Manager with strong technical competency and a systems-oriented mindset to lead complex engineering projects from initiation through full completion. This is a contingent onsite position located west of Little Rock, Arkansas. This role is responsible for driving execution, maintaining control over scope and schedule, and ensuring all engineering deliverables are completed to 100%. The Project Manager will coordinate closely with engineering teams, vendors, and internal functions to ensure all workstreams are aligned, sequenced, and executed efficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
5+ years project management experience in technical environments
Strong systems understanding and technical competency
Experience coordinating engineering, vendors, and site execution

Nice To Haves

PMP certification
Experience in industrial, infrastructure, or manufacturing projects
Familiarity with change management tools

Responsibilities

Understand project scope, engineering requirements, and system interdependencies
