About The Position

At Forms+Surfaces, we design and manufacture architectural products used in some of the most demanding and design-forward environments in the world. Our work lives at the intersection of design, engineering, and advanced manufacturing. We are looking for a Project Manager who thrives in that intersection, working directly with architects, designers, contractors, and our internal sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to bring complex, custom projects to life. If you enjoy solving problems, connecting dots, and seeing ideas move from drawings into reality, this role places you at the forefront of design, material innovation, and how things actually get built. Requirements

  • BS/BA in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years managing complex projects in construction, manufacturing, or related industries
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A proactive mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from kickoff through production, delivery, and closeout
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams
  • Review drawings, specifications, and scope to identify risks and opportunities early
  • Coordinate across engineering, estimating, and manufacturing to ensure alignment
  • Drive schedules, manage changes, and keep projects moving forward
  • Troubleshoot challenges in real time and deliver solutions with clarity and confidence
