About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree desired, preferably in an engineering or construction-related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management
• Must be able to use general business software (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, quoting software, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Teams).

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience for a manufacturer or supplier of pumping or other fluid handling/treatment systems OR in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, civil construction, water/wastewater system operations, or PMP.

Responsibilities

• Collection of project information from owners, engineers, municipalities, etc.
• Pump System Design / Design Support
• Treatment System Design / Design Support
• Technical Writing
• Communication with Engineers, Owners, and Contractors
• System specifications and design reports
• Cost estimating for project budgeting, etc.
• Equipment quotes for public and private projects
• Understanding and conforming to relevant regulations
• Project management
• Working closely with personnel within PWS, APE, partners, vendors, clients, regulators, engineers, etc.
