Scope: The project & program responsibilities are focused on internal information system-specific project tasks or non-technical project completion using an internal customer perspective, both typically from initiation through delivery. Develop detailed project plans and timelines. Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed. Communicate with stakeholders to keep projects aligned with goals. Perform quality control throughout project development. Manage project budgets and advocate for additional funding if necessary. Resolve project issues and mitigate risks. 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Support the implementation of a project or program with proven standardized project/program management tools, practices, and methodologies Develop detailed project plans, including setting targets for milestones, and adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed Monitor and track progress and manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate governance techniques Identify and escalate issues/conflicts that may impede project execution. Serve as a point of contact for teams assigned to the project to ensure actions are aligned to objectives and deliverables Partner with business units across the organization to contribute to the development of detailed project plans Provide necessary project-level reporting, communications, and presentations on progress against outcomes Support the Program Manager of a regional Regulatory Change Management portfolio by coordinating project and program related activities Drive cross-functional coordination and provide timely reporting on the state and performance of specific projects within the Regulatory Change Management vertical
