You will report to the Director - Operations and office of the CTO. This is a hybrid role located in Cranberry, PA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience, with majority of experience in project management or project coordination role in a technical industry.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Experience using project management tools
  • Embrace and manage change

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily project activities across teams
  • Maintain project documentation, including plans, status report, and risk logs
  • Monitor project progress and identify risks and dependencies
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives
  • Communicate project status to partners and leadership
  • Support budget tracking, resource coordination, and vendor interactions
  • Ensure projects follow defined processes, standards, and quality expectations
  • Help with continuous improvement of project management practices and tools
  • Work with Communications, HR, or other corporate functions and help build company/site/customer-facing events.
  • Research and summarize information with supporting data in preparation for meetings, work projects, reports and budgets.
  • Work and communicate with varying levels of customer leadership
