As a Project Manager, you will own the end-to-end execution of mission-critical construction projects. Requirements

5+ years of experience in construction, project management, or a general contractor environment
Strong working knowledge of project management tools and systems such as Procore, ACC, Epicor, Microsoft Project, or similar
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and scopes of work
Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, change orders, and project forecasts
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Nice To Haves

Experience with data center, electrical, low voltage, or mission-critical infrastructure is a plus
PMP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Own projects from engineering handoff through closeout, including scope, schedule, budget, and execution
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering timelines, resources, costs, and risk mitigation
Partner closely with Engineering, Solutions, Sales, Pre-Construction, Finance, and Field Operations to ensure contract-aligned delivery
Lead and coordinate internal trade teams, subcontractors, vendors, and external partners
Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, and closeout deliverables
Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, revenue tracking, and labor planning
Build and maintain project schedules with clear milestones and accountability
Track project performance and proactively escalate risks, delays, or cost impacts
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and external stakeholders, managing expectations through clear communication
Enforce quality, safety, and regulatory standards in partnership with the Safety team
Travel to job sites as needed, including kickoff and closeout meetings, up to 50 percent
