This role provides project management support as a direct report to the PMO Director. The Project Manager will manage a major program product by reviewing and approving cost estimates and proposals, maintaining end-to-end financial tracking, and ensuring partner services are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned to program objectives. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining project documentation, partnering with internal and external teams (e.g., Federal team, Development, Operations, Partner Services, Strategy, Contracts) to drive execution, and upholding and continuously improving project management practices, standards, and processes. The role also involves providing clear, timely program status reporting to executive leadership, Federal clients, and stakeholders, identifying and managing risks and issues, supporting revenue tracking, reporting, and forecasting, and championing a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive PMO team culture.
