About The Position

The Project Manager (PM) leads end-to-end delivery of facility and workplace projects by serving as the client-facing single point of contact and coordinating specialized teams across divisions to execute a unified plan. This role supports an integrated operating model grounded in Lean Six Sigma principles—driving consistent outcomes, reducing waste, and improving processes through standard work and continuous improvement. The PM runs projects with ACCEE as the expectation standard—Alignment, Customers, Culture, Employees, Expectations—ensuring transparency, accountability, and reliable execution. Projects may span workplace transitions, logistics, warehousing, furniture, tenant improvement, containment, mitigation, and facilities maintenance across a range of industries and geographies.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of project management experience in one or more: facilities services, workplace relocation/move management, FF&E, warehousing/logistics, TI/construction, or maintenance operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and field crews while maintaining schedule/budget accountability.
  • Strong documentation discipline (status reports, change tracking, closeout packages, photo documentation when required).
  • Ability to travel to client sites and support after-hours/weekend cutovers as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license (if driving is required).
  • Ability to work in active job sites and comply with PPE requirements; ability to lift/carry typical project materials (as role requires).
  • Background check / site clearance may be required depending on client environment (healthcare, labs, data centers).

Nice To Haves

  • OSHA-10/30, lift certification, or other jobsite safety credentials.
  • Experience managing TI scopes (patch/paint, flooring, ceiling tile, signage, cable pulling, small build-outs).
  • Experience in logistics/white glove/final mile, warehousing/FF&E staging, or decommissioning/liquidation programs.
  • Proficiency with project dashboards/workflow tools (e.g., Smartsheet/CMMS or equivalent).
  • Exposure to infection control/containment protocols in sensitive environments.
  • Lean/Six Sigma training (Yellow/Green Belt) or demonstrated continuous improvement leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables from kickoff through closeout across one or multiple service pillars.
  • Serve as the primary client contact; establish communication cadence (daily/weekly status, milestones, issue escalation) and maintain stakeholder alignment.
  • Build and manage detailed project plans (phasing, cutovers, dependencies, labor/fleet needs, site access constraints, and vendor coordination).
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery (workplace transitions, logistics, construction, facilities) to ensure seamless execution and a consistent client experience.
  • Lead project scoping walks and field verification; document constraints, access requirements, and safety considerations.
  • Manage subcontractors/partners and internal crews; confirm readiness, materials, and manpower for each phase—locally or across markets as required.
  • Drive quality through checklists, inspection points, punch lists, and rework prevention; lead continuous improvement activities and lessons learned.
  • Administer project documentation and reporting using dashboards/workflow tools; maintain accurate status, labor plans, and budget forecasts.
  • Enforce documentation standards including photographic chain of custody when assets/spaces change hands (moves, warehousing, delivery/install, liquidation).
  • Coordinate workplace services when in scope: move management, installation/reconfiguration, IT disconnect/reconnect and low-voltage coordination, asset/inventory tracking, e-cycling/shredding/green decommissioning.
  • Coordinate logistics and support when in scope: transportation management (as applicable), white glove/final mile delivery and setup, decommissioning & liquidation with sustainability tracking.
  • Coordinate warehousing when in scope: receiving, inventory control, kitting/pick-pack, staging, and delivery scheduling.
  • Coordinate furniture solutions when in scope: sourcing support, delivery/installation, reconfiguration, repair/refurbishment/cleaning, and workplace optimization support.
  • Coordinate TI & construction solutions when in scope: refresh/remodel/TI activities such as patch/paint, flooring, ceiling tile, signage, cable pulling, small build-outs, and light MEP coordination.
  • Coordinate facilities maintenance when in scope: preventive maintenance planning, service scheduling, vendor coordination, and operational oversight.
  • Manage emergency/rapid-response project execution when required, including safety assessments, mitigation action planning, and restoration coordination.
  • Ensure safety and compliance planning is built into the work (PPE, access control, training/toolbox talks, incident reporting, site rules).
  • In sensitive environments, coordinate containment/infection-control requirements (temporary barriers, negative air, dust control, waste management, protocol adherence).
  • Track and communicate sustainability outcomes when applicable (e-cycling, waste diversion, green decommissioning, reuse/redeployment).
