You will evaluate sewer and drain conditions using specialized equipment, diagnose issues, and recommend clear, effective solutions tailored to each customer's needs. You will build trust through strong communication, guide homeowners through the buying process, and develop accurate proposals that transition smoothly to our fulfillment teams. Success in this role requires strong organization, consistent communication with both customers and internal teams, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Sales experience
Ability to inspire and motivate growth in others
Drive to earn $100K+ and grow your income based on performance
Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
Strong computer skills
Candidates must be able to pass a drug and background test (honesty policy is appreciated) and have an insurable driver's record.

Responsibilities

Perform camera inspections to assess sewer and drain line conditions
Operate drain cleaning equipment including cable and snake machines to clear blockages
Utilize line locating technology to accurately map sanitary, storm, and water systems
Diagnose issues and develop customized solutions based on customer needs
Create accurate, detailed project proposals that seamlessly transfer to fulfillment teams
Manage projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring quality and efficiency
Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the entire project lifecycle
Build strong customer relationships and guide homeowners through the buying process
Collaborate cross-functionally with installation teams, dispatch, and customer experience teams
Communicate regularly with dispatch to provide real-time job status updates
Document all work by creating detailed job notes for future reference and team alignment
Maintain a clean, organized workspace in both customer homes and company vehicles
Ensure compliance with local codes, permits, and municipal regulations
Prioritize and uphold workplace safety standards at all times
Actively participate in team meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices
Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset by recommending process enhancements
Be adaptable, solutions-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Communicate effectively with both customers and team members, adjusting style as needed
