About The Position

The Project Manager oversees IT projects and initiatives from initiation to closure, applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure successful delivery. This role collaborates with stakeholders at all levels, manages cross-functional teams, and leads a cyber threat team to strengthen security operations. The Project Manager also develops and maintains project documentation, leveraging Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint to support planning, reporting, and collaboration. Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in managing IT projects/initiatives of varying size and complexity from initiation to closure
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, related degree, or an additional three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent is required.
  • 5 years combined working Agile and Waterfall methodology
  • 5 years of experience communicating and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels, including government executives, IT teams, and external partners
  • 5 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • 5 years of creating and maintaining projects/initiatives documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant records
  • 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Forms

Responsibilities

  • Manage IT projects and initiatives of varying size and complexity from initiation to closure.
  • Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive project execution and delivery.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including government executives, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other key records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Forms to support project planning and reporting.
  • Utilize SharePoint to efficiently manage, organize, and share documents, collaborate on team projects, and track tasks in a user-friendly environment.
