We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Commercial team. Responsibilities Take responsibility for finished plans, specifications, and approval of materials and construction and for managing all aspects of multiple small to large complex projects Apply sound knowledge of architectural principles and practices in a broad array of assignments and related fields Lead a collaborative and inclusive design process Assist with budget management Prepare design presentation materials Partner with client and/or user group to develop design Conduct code research and analysis and review with various agencies for approval Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors and/or clients Supervise and provide guidance regarding overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts Ensure that the project meets environmental, safety, structural, zoning, and aesthetic standards Build, manage and nurture client relationships Review shop drawings, submittals, and respond to RFIs Be a thought leader, research and investigate concepts throughout design process Actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs, project communications and documentation, office administrative tasks, and project team assignments Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepare proposals Serve as primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction.
