Senior Project Manager (Contract) – Electric AMI 2.0 Program Seeking a Senior Project Manager (Contract) to provide day-to-day project coordination and project management support for the Electric AMI 2.0 Program today project coordination. This role is execution focused and support oriented, responsible for maintaining project administration, tracking actions, coordinating meetings, capturing key notes and meeting minutes, and supporting routine reporting. focused and support-oriented.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project coordination or project management support role
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large, cross functional programsfunctional programs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, and other tools
  • Ability to clearly document discussions, decisions, and follow-upsups

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting utility, infrastructure, or field operations programs
  • Exposure to AMI, metering, or electric utility environments
  • Familiarity with PG&E systems and processes.
  • Experience using SharePoint, MS Product Suite, Power BI, other Tools
  • Comfortable working in a structured, highly regulated environment

Responsibilities

  • Maintain project trackers, logs, and spreadsheets (plans, actions, risks, issues, dependencies)
  • Capture detailed meeting minutes, notes, decisions, and action items
  • Assign, track, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
  • Coordinate and schedule recurring and ad hoc project meetings and working sessionshoc project meetings
  • Maintain tactical Implementation plans & catch-back plans and produce routine reporting
  • Compile inputs for project level dashboards, summaries, presentations, costs, and benefitslevel dashboards, summaries,
  • Organize and maintain project documentation in SharePoint or similar tools
  • Records, information, and data management aligned with Company standards
  • Provide general administrative support to Electric AMI 2.0 project team
  • May support other small projects and initiatives
