The project manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects with the plant.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree.
• 3-5 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task
• Strong ability to plan and coordinate with different departments and facilities
• Great computer skills including expert level with Microsoft excel, word and outlook.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Operates in a professional and/or business casual office environment.
• Routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, photocopiers/scanners, and smartphones.
• Ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
• Must be able to adhere to process protocol
• Strong work ethics of integrity and honesty striving for excellence in all activities employing accompanying communication.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred 1-3 years of hands-on experience coordinating projects in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains master schedule on specific projects that run across location.
• Hold status meetings through the duration of the project to update management of progress.
• Acts as the liaison between operations and sales to inform status and promise dates of projects.
• Works with employees to make sure products are on schedule.
• Assist operations with any issues related to the projects, quality, paperwork, technical questions, priority changes, etc.
• Receives requests for quotes and estimates on projects.
• Drives compliance and quality mindset within the project team.
• Drives process improvement to accelerate quote turn-around time
• Leads project team and keeps the production flowing in the shop floor for assigned projects.
