About The Position

CACI is seeking a Project Manager to manager support a Multi domain CUxS Program. The Project manager will be responsible for assisting Program Manager with multiple small CUxS efforts as they evolve to DoD/IC/International customers. Develop skills for future Program Manager through active participation in current programs. This position will primarily support BEAM, but may integrate in supporting other CUxS efforts in the Force Protections Portfolio. The position will analyze cost, schedule, and performance aspects of the project as well as support program documentation, process evaluation, and product delivery management. Will assist with intercompany transactional program support to ensure communication and deliverables are efficiently worked.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree of Science, Business Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, Project/Technology Management or other related discipline and 3-5 years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing projects providing mission capability to the Government or a combination of skills, education, and experience.
  • Experience with stakeholder/customer management and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to support Knowledge Management functions through Sharepoint, TEAMs, and/or similar CACI teamwork/workflow applications.
  • Able to develop reports and briefings to support management decision making utilizing Microsoft software applications primarily through Work, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project operations support that will entail updating CACI and customer program documentation, reporting, and tracking of cost, schedule, and performance program parameters.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings to include agenda, documenting action items, and compiling meeting minutes for distribution.
  • Create/consolidate inputs and deliver Program/Project CDRLs and report trends/expected issues/other programmatic risks to Sr. Program Managers & teammates (external & internal)
  • Coordinate and track quarterly maintenance trips to include, availability of team to travel, preparing travel authorizations, receiving customer approval, sending Visit Requests to site, reviewing Trip Reports, updating inventory reports.
  • Provide monthly forecast & updated schedule for subcontractors with labor planning and resource planning to ensure subcontractor stay within budget of provided funding.
  • Provide weekly summaries on teams programmatic efforts to Sr. Program Managers in contract deliverable format to ensure synchronized understanding vertically and horizontally within the CUxS portfolio. This requires cross communication with subcontractors and other teams to gather accomplishments and data to meet customer requirements.
