Requirements

• 3–10 years of project management experience in mechanical construction (HVAC, plumbing, or related fields)
• Proven ability to manage multiple commercial projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with construction management platforms such as Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and mechanical drawings
• A calm, solutions‑focused mindset when challenges arise

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial HVAC and plumbing projects from kickoff through closeout
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient workflow and scheduling
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients, general contractors, and internal teams
• Prepare and manage key project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages
• Track project budgets, job costs, and overall financial performance
• Oversee quality control and ensure all work adheres to safety and compliance standards
