We are seeking an energetic, organized, and driven Project Manager to lead customer projects in our Engineer-to-Order manufacturing environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and deliverables, while playing a critical role in ensuring successful project execution. Requirements

• Project management experience in manufacturing, ETO, custom equipment, or closely related environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, scheduling, and project planning tools.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven business.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field
• PMP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead all customer projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring schedules, milestones, risks, and project documentation are managed effectively.
• Serve as the primary customer contact, providing clear communication, managing expectations, and supporting scope and requirement decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Service stay aligned and informed throughout the project.
• Manage project scope, budgets (Engineering Hours), and timelines, driving accountability and maintaining accurate reporting for leadership.
• Improve project processes, applying PDCA and supporting the development of standardized workflows and professional business practices.
