About The Position
14329 – Project Manager, Bess (onsite) – Juno Beach, FL Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12 months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. Required: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required); Experience managing pre-construction project management for energy storage projects Experience supporting origination and development teams with PPA and GIA negotiations Experience executing commercial contracts for critical services including geotechnical, survey, engineering and EPC/PC construction services Responsibilities : Coordinating with environmental, regulatory, cultural, land acquisition, interconnection, etc., to ensure all project variables are identified and incorporated. Development of the project's technical scope. Optimization of project variables to improve both technical and financial feasibility. Support origination and development teams with PPA and GIA negotiations. Support development teams with jurisdictional needs. Coordinate engineering, estimating and procurement requirements. Support the E&C engineering team with technical attributes for the development of designs. Why apply? Requirements
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required)
- Experience managing pre-construction project management for energy storage projects
