Based in New York City, our firm is made of engineers, technologists, environmental scientists, construction professionals, and consultants who are passionate about improving the infrastructure, buildings, and communities that surround us. About the Role: EnTech is seeking a " Project Manager " to join our team in New York. This role involves leading the construction phase, focusing on mobilization, coordination, and execution, while ensuring all necessary plans and procedures are in place.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• NYS Professional Engineer (PE) license with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience without a PE license.
• Experience managing major construction projects and coordinating contractors, sub contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, problem solving, and teamwork.
• Proficient computer skills (Windows environment, Microsoft Office, Primavera) and strong business administrative skills (presentations, report and letter writing, time management)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and implementation of the CPM schedule.
• Oversee all inspections, including special inspections, to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure preparation and implementation of the Site Safety Plan (SSP)
• Track and coordinate projects, including design details and stakeholders.
• Monitor project status, key milestones and flag upcoming decisions.
• Coordinate with engineers, design team, GC, agency, and other stakeholders as needed for project tasks and keep it moving forward.
