About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale infrastructure initiatives and mergers & acquisitions within a healthcare environment. This role will lead complex, cross-functional projects including new office builds, clinical system integrations, and post-acquisition infrastructure alignment. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in healthcare project delivery, exceptional stakeholder communication skills, and hands-on experience managing budgets, vendors, and enterprise technology—particularly PACS environments. They must have a general understanding of Cisco equipment, networking topography, telecommunications, decommissioning equipment, installation, and HIPAA compliance. This Project Manager will support project denovo which is 15+ new build clinics across the United States in 2026.

Requirements

  • PMP Certification (required)
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a strong focus on infrastructure and Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Healthcare industry experience (required), including familiarity with clinical environments
  • Experience leading new office builds and facility-related infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of PACS systems and healthcare technology ecosystems
  • Proven experience with budget management, procurement, and vendor oversight
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing distributed teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed for project milestones or site visits

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for healthcare infrastructure initiatives, M&A integrations, and new office/build-out projects
  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Coordinate infrastructure activities related to mergers and acquisitions, including site readiness, systems integration, and operational transitions
  • Oversee new office builds, including technology planning, equipment ordering, vendor coordination, and go-live readiness
  • Collaborate closely with clinical, IT, facilities, finance, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners, vendors, and consultants
  • Manage PACS-related projects and ensure understanding of imaging workflows, system dependencies, and clinical impact
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, executive updates, and post-implementation reviews
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, organizational standards, and best practices
  • Identify and mitigate risks while proactively resolving issues that could impact timelines or budgets
