About The Position

Leads and directs teams to deliver a unique, high quality product, service or product support result within a defined schedule, budget, quality and scope. The position involves managing the full lifecycle of Helix Service Assurance software project deployments, including planning, installation, integration, testing, and post-deployment support. Responsibilities include preparing and validating software and hardware prerequisites, conducting project risk assessments, and coordinating cross-functional teams such as Integration, QA, Solution Architecture, and Support. The role oversees project budgets, resources, timelines, and risks to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and cost parameters, while also ensuring SLA compliance. As the primary technical liaison, the position translates complex system configurations into clear stakeholder communication, captures and addresses business requirements, and identifies opportunities for solution enhancements to maximize customer satisfaction and business value. May require occasional travel to client or other company offices up to 20%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience as an Information Technology Professional or in a related role including experience in project management.
  • Software Languages: SQL, Java
  • Database Technologies: Oracle
  • Helix Suite Tools: Helix Fault Management, Helix Performance Management, Helix Service Management, Helix Mediation, Helix Sentinel, Helix Schematic Views, Helix Fault and Performance Analytics
  • Project Management Tools: JIRA
