About The Position

Project Manager needs 5-7 years experience Project Manager requires: Project management experience Able to work across cultures both corporate and national cultural boundaries Comfortable working with ambiguous data Able to work independently and cooperate and collaborate with all levels of an organization Project Manager duties: Develop communications repository for external and internal communications External calendar coordination with the divestiture partners Manage cross functional agendas and meeting minutes for respective workstreams across global divestitures Manage steering committee agendas and meeting minutes Coordinate cross functional team meetings and steering committee meetings, including any partner travel, etc. Project Management support for workstreams and local transition planning inside and outside of the company.
