Responsibilities

  • Perform project management activities following CSU Technology Project Management processes and PMI best practices.
  • Collaborate with project sponsors and operating departments to define objectives, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, assign roles, and facilitate team collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, scope statements, project plans, schedules, cost estimates, requirements, technical specifications, status reports, project closure documents, and lessons learned.
  • Track, monitor, analyze, and report on project cost, schedule, and scope performance.
  • Drive timely project activities and efficient use of resources.
  • Identify, assess, communicate, and resolve critical issues and potential risks.
  • Prepare and deliver formal and informal project communications.
  • Ensure projects comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
