About The Position

New Pig is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Team. In this role, you will be a key component in managing a diverse portfolio of projects within the organization. This role is in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and will offer exciting new challenges and opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in Project Management or closely related field
• 2-5 years Project Management experience
• Must display excellent decision-making abilities and willingness to lead
• Proficient in communicating complex information effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to elicit collaboration from a wide variety of sources, including upper management and other departments
• Strong technical systems ability or ability to learn and utilize multiple technical systems effectively
• Must be able to multi-task and balance multiple ongoing projects
• Candidate must be able to work onsite from our Tipton, PA location

Responsibilities

• Draft, manage, and maintain complex project plans in collaboration with key stakeholders including executive management and functional area leads
• Develop comprehensive project schedules to offer leadership insight into resource allocation and constraints
• Facilitate key project stakeholder meetings regarding project updates, tracking, and constraints
• Serve as the central point of contact for project coordination and questions
• Communicate with executives and external stakeholders on project status and significant project changes
• Facilitate retrospectives to improve processes and future projects
• Monitor project progress and execute necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
• Perform project risk management analysis and maintain an active risk register for projects
