About The Position

Cypress Homes Inc. is a single-family homebuilder focused on building quality homes and delivering strong customer service. We are growing and seeking a Project Manager to support residential construction projects in a collaborative environment. As a Residential Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met.

Requirements

Experience in residential project management with completed projects
Knowledge of residential construction processes, building codes, and regulations
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills with clients and trade partners
Experience with CoConstruct or similar software and Microsoft Office
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience preferred
Hands-on residential construction experience (carpentry, framing, finish work) preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate with trade partners and internal teams to develop project plans and timelines
Manage day-to-day operations of residential construction projects
Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns
Coordinate trade partners and suppliers to support efficient project execution
Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope
