  • Deep knowledge of UKG reporting (Business Intelligence), workflow configuration, and system administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience leading complex HRIS or Payroll projects.

  • Excellence in translating complex technical requirements into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders.
  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor’s degrees preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end payroll processing within UKG Pro, including data entry, time clock verification, gross-to-net calculations, and final payroll transmission.
  • Provide support for employee inquiries regarding pay stubs, tax withholdings, and deductions, providing high-touch customer service.
  • Conduct a deep-dive assessment of the current UKG configuration to identify underutilized features, process bottlenecks, and manual "shadow" processes.
  • Design and implement streamlined workflows within UKG to eliminate manual data entry, reduce errors, and ensure 100% data integrity.
  • Partner with Internal IT and UKG technical consultants to design, test, and deploy robust API integrations and file feeds between UKG and internal business systems.
  • Document current-state vs. future-state requirements.
  • Identify where the system fails to meet business needs and advocate for technical solutions or configuration changes.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of payroll projects, including timelines, stakeholder communications, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and post-go-live support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for UKG professional services, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
