About The Position

Meta IQ Services, Inc. is currently searching for an experienced, detail-oriented Project Manager. This individual will play a crucial role in managing and driving current and future projects to success. Reporting directly to the Executive Director, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with multiple teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within a set budget, and to our specified standards of quality.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the tech industry.
• Proficiency in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent logical, analytical and organizational skills.
• Superb communication and leadership abilities, with a knack for resolving conflicts and creating a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and defining project scopes after a comprehensive analysis of the clients' needs and requirements.
• Developing detailed project management plans, outlining the sequence of all project activities.
• Managing and tracking project costs to ensure the successful completion within the approved budgets.
• Coordinating and liaising with all involved parties, including stakeholders, vendors, and team members, to ensure project alignment.
• Implementing effective risk management practices and processes, identifying potential project setbacks, and developing contingency plans.
• Preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Leading and directing the work of teams assigned to projects, while also fostering a productive and cooperative working environment.
