About The Position

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of projects, working across teams to coordinate activities, manage timelines and communicate both internally and externally. You will be expected to take initiative and assume the role of leader across varied scenarios. Where possible, part of your role will be to spot gaps and opportunities, then take initiative in coordinating projects to improve what you have identified. Part of your role will be keeping track of information in a fast paced environment and working to create systems that are scalable and easy to understand, so that other team members can self-serve information using the systems you create and maintain. You will also be expected to facilitate and lead customer and internal meetings, including preparation and post-meeting work. During busy periods, you will be responsible for coordinating operational teams to deliver the online book content required for each account.
