Requirements

3+ years of experience in Project Management
Must be able to use general business software (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, quoting software, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Teams)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree, preferably in an engineering or construction-related field
Previous experience for a manufacturer or supplier of pumping or other fluid handling/treatment systems OR in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, civil construction, water/wastewater system operations, or PMP

Responsibilities

Collection of project information from owners, engineers, municipalities, etc.
Pump System Design / Design Support
Treatment System Design / Design Support
Technical Writing
Communication with Engineers, Owners, and Contractors
System specifications and design reports
Cost estimating for project budgeting, etc.
Equipment quotes for public and private projects
Understanding and conforming to relevant regulations
Project management
Working closely with personnel within PWS, APE, partners, vendors, clients, regulators, engineers, etc.
