Requirements

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction project management without a degree.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Bluebeam).
Basic safety certifications (OSHA 30, CPR, Confined Space, First Aid).
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
A commitment to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in construction management or a related field.
8 or more years of progressive experience in construction project management.
Advanced proficiency in project management software and tools.
Multilingual capabilities, especially in Spanish.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding Gross Profit Margin (GPM) goals.

Responsibilities

Lead and Manage Construction Projects
Ensure project goals in time, scope, budget, and revenue are met.
Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closeout.
Client Communication
Maintain daily communication with clients, promptly addressing concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Financial Oversight
Vigilantly monitor and control job budgets.
Track expenses and review material requisitions.
Team Development
Train and develop the project team.
Implement and uphold the highest standards of project management, known as "The Coppera Way."
Quality Control
Collaborate with Quality Control in the hiring and firing of subcontractors.
