Position Overview: The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations for ISS Mechanical, including monthly close, payroll oversight, work-in-progress (WIP), job costing accuracy, and leadership of the accounting team. This role ensures financial data accurately reflects operational activity in a construction and service-based environment. The Accounting Manager partners closely with operations and leadership to maintain financial discipline, margin visibility, and compliance.
