Requirements

• Professional HBO education and relevant project management training
• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in the IT industry, preferably with SaaS solutions
• Good teaching and mentoring skills
• Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking skills
• Experience in preparing project plans, budgets, and tenders
• Proven experience in leading projects and managing teams
• Residence in the Netherlands and fluency in Dutch
• Good knowledge of the English language

Responsibilities

• Drawing up a project plan and supervising its implementation
• Simultaneously managing multiple projects
• Determining project scope and planning work accordingly
• Assembling a team of competent consultants
• Maintaining a helicopter view on implementation progress
• Preparing kick-off presentations and coordinating stakeholders
• Monitoring project planning, scope, and budget
• Tracking project progress and ensuring quality
• Creating and maintaining a risk log, taking timely action
• Reporting project progress, budget quality, and risks
• Initiating innovative project management opportunities
• Managing expectations internally and externally
• Building long-term relationships with customers and identifying opportunities
