About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
5+ years of experience in project or product management, preferably in consumer goods, manufacturing, or wellness industries
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex timelines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Trello, MS Project)
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail

Nice To Haves

PMP certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Take ownership of new product development initiatives, creating and managing action plans and KPIs to ensure timely execution.
Manage strategic product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Oversee beta programs for new products, including organization, implementation, data collection, and reporting to inform go-to-market decisions.
Collaborate across departments to align priorities, resolve issues, and keep projects moving forward.
Navigate competing priorities with confidence, bringing clarity and structure to ambiguous situations.
