About The Position

CLGT Solutions, LLC dba CLOVEHITCH is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small mission-focused business that provides professional solutions in the areas of intelligence, financial management, linguistics and administrative functions. CLOVEHITCH is seeking a Project Manager to oversee daily operations supporting case processing and operational services for the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC). This role ensures the timely and compliant processing of employer applications for labor certification and prevailing wage determinations by managing staff, monitoring production and quality metrics, and enforcing adherence to client standards. The Project Manager plays a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting program performance goals, and ensuring accurate execution of case processing activities across OFLC programs.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years project management experience
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Experience with performance metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Due to federal contract requirements, this position is restricted to U.S. citizens with eligibility for a suitability clearance
  • Clean background check
