The Opportunity We’re looking for a detail-driven, highly organized, and relationship-oriented Project Manager to help bring our most important go-to-market initiatives to life. In this role, you’ll guide cross-functional teams through complex projects—from concept to launch—ensuring flawless execution, clear communication, and impactful results. You’ll connect strategy to action, orchestrate teams across Marketing, Creative, Operations, and Sales, and keep everyone aligned, informed, and moving forward.   • 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally within marketing, growth, or go-to-market functions.
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • Proven success managing enterprise-level or cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Asana (certifications preferred) and familiarity with tools like Salesforce, 6Sense, Google Analytics, and Seismic.
  • Ability to run projects independently ; owning timelines, stakeholder alignment, communications, and risk mitigation.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate strategy into clear plans, updates, and action steps.
  • High attention to detail paired with the ability to prioritize when everything feels urgent.
  • Collaborative leadership style and strong relationship-building instincts.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and pivoting when needed.
  • High emotional intelligence: you read situations, anticipate challenges, and adapt your approach.
