Risepoint brings single-minded dedication to student success, an integrated set of services, and data-driven performance to our collaboration with university partners Business Technology Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of complex, cross-functional enterprise projects. This role focuses on driving delivery, managing timelines and risks, and ensuring successful outcomes across diverse teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines strategic awareness with hands-on execution skills and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a fixed-term role expected to run for six months.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional enterprise projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple interconnected initiatives/workstreams simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Waterfall experience preferred.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver enterprise-level projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and deliverables using Adobe Workfront.
• Coordinate and collaborate with business units, technical teams, and external partners to ensure project alignment and progress.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and remove roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
• Facilitate structured, outcome‑driven sessions with stakeholders from across the enterprise.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of technology initiatives impacting downstream integrations.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
• Apply and uphold organizational project management standards and best practices.
