KBH can and will support all phases of your project. Job Summary We are seeking a Project Manager to support nuclear projects in Richland, Washington. This position is posted at multiple levels. See below for a breakdown of the Project Manager I, Project Manager II, and Senior Project Manager responsibilities and qualifications. The Project Manager manages project activities for refueling outages, forced outages, and on-line work as assigned, providing oversight of staff involved in planning, leading, controlling, and monitoring to ensure work is implemented safely, with quality, on schedule, and within budget.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship Required
• Green Badge Level 2: must complete ePHQ, full background screen, FFD testing; access to buildings and plant areas as authorized
• Required education and experience combinations are defined by level and include combinations of degree type and years of experience in a technical field, as outlined in the role descriptions.

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification desired but not required (Project Manager I)
• PMP certification required (active) (Project Manager II)
• PMP certification required (active) (Senior Project Manager)
• RO/SRO License or CGS Management Certification required (Senior Project Manager)

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project implementation including budget, work package preparation, parts procurement, ALARA planning, industrial and nuclear safety, clearance order preparation, work prioritization, resource loading, risk management, and work execution.
• Develop budgets, including tracking cost versus budget for assigned projects.
• Develop and manage contracts and interface with vendors.
• Develop project schedules commensurate with project complexity and size.
• Resolve schedule delays and conflicts.
• Prepare and deliver written and oral communications to various groups including senior management.
• Develop and maintain long range plan strategies associated with assigned projects.
