The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, executing, managing, monitoring, controlling, reporting and close out of complex projects which may include full life cycle, staffing, or maintenance projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Leads an interdepartmental team to complete the assigned project on time and within budget, to specifications, with accuracy and efficiency. Identifies all tasks required for the project and delegates accordingly. Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project. Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates. Monitors and controls the project budget vs. actual, adjusting plans as required and reporting status to management. Conducts risk assessment and reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for actions based on risk analysis. Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project. Acts as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors. Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices. Utilize safety equipment as appropriate for the task/job. Perform tasks in the safest manner possible. Instruct personnel in the use of safety equipment. Performs other related duties as assigned.
