About The Position

Project managers are responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to satisfaction. As team leaders with constantly changing daily schedules, it's difficult to have a static job description for project managers. Their days may include planning the project process, assigning tasks, creating budgets, managing teams, and communicating with clients. The responsibility of a project manager is to work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define that concept and create a process to bring it to fruition. This includes setting and managing management expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope of the project, understanding project risks, and assigning team members to specific tasks.

  • Plan and develop project scope for New Items.
  • Create and manage collaboration of the team (Quality Assurance, Sales, Production, and Artwork Department)
  • Monitor project progress and set deadlines
  • Overcome obstacles that arise
  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction
  • Evaluate project performance
