About The Position

We’re looking for a driven and hands-on Project Manager to lead and support both residential and commercial space renovation and construction projects in our Northeast Region. From full apartment flips to preparing spaces for NNN leases, this role is essential in ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standard—on time, and on budget.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of construction, building systems, maintenance, or related field.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage both people and timelines effectively.
• A “roll up your sleeves” mentality—this role is both strategic and physical.
• Trustworthy, dependable, and solutions driven.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications (OSHA, construction management, etc.) are a plus but not required.
• Prior experience in property management is helpful, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a wide range of property projects including full renovations, apartment turnarounds, and commercial tenant improvements.
• Lead a team of 2 or more crew members—planning daily/weekly tasks, delegating responsibilities, and ensuring quality control.
• Work side by side with the team on-site to ensure hands-on leadership and efficiency.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal staff to meet project deadlines.
• Report directly to the region’s Property Manager to ensure all project timelines align with scheduled lease-ups, move-in dates, and occupancy targets.
• Ensure all work aligns with safety standards, building codes, and company expectations.
• Maintain strong communication across departments to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
• Be proactive in problem-solving, finding cost-effective and timely solutions when challenges arise.
