Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end, from initial quote through final delivery.
- Serve as primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and ensuring expectations are met.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between sales, engineering, and operations.
- Identify risks early and adjust plans to keep projects on track.
- Monitor costs, timelines, and overall project profitability.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and communication in internal systems.
