About The Position

Project Manager / Project Engineer / Project Lead required to work with a company that provide system maintenance, service, repairs, energy solutions and installation for a wide range of heating, cooling and ventilation systems. Project Manager / Project Engineer / Project Lead will work for a global leading provider of full HVAC retrofit solutions around Rochester. The ideal Project Manager / Project Engineer / Project Lead will lead all Mechanical Systems aspects of a construction project, including scoping and evaluating subcontractors, reviewing shop drawings and design drawings.

Requirements

Over 5 years of progressive experience as a Project Manager specializing in Mechanical Systems, or 10+ years as a Foreman on mechanical construction projects.
Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of cost reporting and budget management.
Proficient in using construction and project management tools and software to drive project efficiency.
Over 3 years of experience leading and managing teams to achieve project goals.
OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training.

Responsibilities

Manage site operations for Design/Build projects across electrical, HVAC, controls, plumbing, and lighting systems.
Ensure seamless coordination between design and construction teams to meet project requirements.
Lead the quality control program for Mechanical Systems to ensure high standards are maintained.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
Oversee and coordinate all activities from demolition to installation, commissioning, and certification of Mechanical Systems.
Ensure strict adherence to job safety requirements and ensure all site personnel comply with safety protocols.
