About The Position
The Manufacturing Project Manager will lead capital equipment installations, process improvements, and facility upgrades within a production environment. This role focuses on driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless integration of new systems into manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related discipline
- 4+ years of experience managing projects in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to drive results in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Manage equipment installations and production line modifications
- Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and quality teams
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and cost forecasts
- Oversee vendor coordination and commissioning activities
- Monitor KPIs related to productivity, quality, and safety
