Job Purpose: The purpose of this role is to lead and support key projects that cut across multiple business functions, including Marketing, Product, Editorial, Strategy, Tech, and Data. The successful candidate will be responsible for being “the glue” that holds projects together, driving progress, and creating efficiency across a variety of initiatives, including end-to-end delivery, overseeing operations, and developing and implementing new systems. We are seeking a collaborative, driven, and detail-oriented individual who can bring structure, energy, and strategic thinking to our business challenges. You may not have held a formal Project Manager title, but you’re known for driving projects forward and being the person your colleagues want on their side. Is skilled at creating clear, compelling materials, including high-impact presentations for various audiences. Is a strong writer and communicator, able to distill complex information into clear messaging, able to engage with stakeholders and drive alignment across teams. Is highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Advocates for and excels in running efficient, productive meetings that drive results. Is comfortable working with and supporting senior leadership, able to manage stakeholder relationships and drive alignment across teams. Is willing to take on a variety of tasks to ensure project success and has zero ego. Embraces being a team player wholeheartedly. Enjoys working in a fast-paced, global environment, balancing agility with structure Approaches work with kindness, respect, and curiosity. Experience in consulting, business development, product management, martech or a background in tech, startups, agencies, or other fast-paced environments, is a plus. Salary Range: $90-100K base salary + competitive benefits + bonus potential Please note that the salary range is intended to give as an indicator of the salaries that could be attributed to the breadth or experience for a given role. All candidates will be measured based on their level of experience. Responsibilities

Build and manage clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
Run efficient, outcome-focused meetings that drive decisions and accountability
Track progress, risks, and dependencies, and proactively resolve blockers
Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment
Create high-quality materials, including presentations, briefs, and project updates
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
Support end-to-end delivery of projects, stepping in wherever needed to ensure success
We are a small agile team so the successful candidate would be expected to be flexible to work on projects pending the business need, be willing to muck in whatever the task and have a no job is too big/too small attitude.
