Westerman, Inc., an employee-owned company, is a multiple site manufacturer of production and storage equipment within the oil, gas, and nuclear industries. Our equipment helps optimize well pad design, improve separation efficiency and lower overall equipment spend through high-performance surface separation and processing technology. Our equipment is setting new standards for performance and economics nationwide. SUMMARY The Project Manager has the responsibility of ensuring the company's projects are executed in a timely and profitable manner while maintaining customer satisfaction. Will provide guidance to the shops and engineering staff with respect to equipment design and fabrication requirements. Will work between cross-functional teams to execute specific tasks and timelines and provide high level insight and escalation to leadership. The successful candidate will be comfortable in a self-directed environment and should have a proven record of developing and leveraging strong working relationships to generate positive outcomes. Position reports to the General Manager or Operations Superintendent.
