Position: Project Manager We are looking to add an energetic and talented Project Manager to our team. Responsible for overseeing the scoping, pricing, quality management, resource scheduling, and final delivery of Architectural & Engineering projects. These projects will be for a variety of clients including private and governmental agencies. Knowledge of architectural and multi-disciplinary projects is required. This position is also responsible for enhancing existing client relationships and building relationships with new clients with the assistance of our Business Development group. The right individual will have direct experience leading multi-disciplinary A/E design teams through successful completion of project objectives. Ability to make site visits to ensure adherence to contract documents and lead on-site meetings. Ability to manage multiple projects from proposal through project closeout.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering and architecture consulting project management
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Pre-employment drug test and background check required
  • Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
  • Lead on-site meetings with owners and contractors to review project status.
  • Make site visits to ensure adherence to contract documents.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards
  • Prepare and present project status reports to clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues
  • Ensure that project documentation is complete and up-to-date
