About The Position

As a Project Manager, you’ll help make that happen by bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to our projects - from initial scope through final delivery. You’ll partner closely with our researchers, analysts, client engagement, and operations teams to keep projects running smoothly, risks visible, and communication clear. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating order out of complexity, and takes pride in building reliable systems that make everyone’s work easier.

Requirements

  • Exceptional organization, with a knack for keeping many moving parts aligned.
  • Strong, clear, and proactive communication, ensuring others are always informed and confident in next steps.
  • Energized mindset to improve systems and processes, not just follow them.
  • Strong management of both detail and big-picture context.
  • Collaborative problem-solving, following through and building trust across teams.
  • Proficiency with a project management tool (Asana preferred), Salesforce, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • 2+ years of project management or coordination experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • PMP certification a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own project delivery from start to finish - ensuring clear goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans in Asana, maintaining reliable visibility into status, ownership, and risks.
  • Maintain accurate project records in Salesforce, ensuring critical fields & data collection targets are up to date.
  • Contribute to portfolio reporting- identify patterns, capacity constraints, and risk trends across projects.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align on priorities and maintain predictable workflows.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to keep everyone aligned on progress, changes, and next steps.
  • Ensure appropriate resources for all deliverables, coordinating with the Capacity Manager and other PMs to align team availability & priorities.
  • Identify and resolve blockers early, supporting troubleshooting efforts and escalating to the right stakeholders when needed.
  • Help support consistency within the PMO by following and helping refine shared processes and tools.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, surfacing workflow pain points and proposing practical, scalable fixes.
