The Project Manager provides oversight, project management expertise, and cross functional coordination for the university’s transfer student success technology platform in partnership with Damour Solutions and institutional stakeholders. This position ensures continued refinement of Phase I (public facing transfer equivalency tool) and leads institutional coordination for Phase II (time to degree functionality) and Phase III (undergraduate progress dashboard). The Project Manager applies project management methodologies, understands curricular structures and academic policies, and leverages technical knowledge to align system development with institutional goals. The role requires strong communication skills to support collaboration with academic colleges, advising units, IT, and administrative leadership. This role does not manage a budget or allocate project resources, but is responsible for guiding timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
