About The Position

We are looking for 4 M&A Project Managers to oversee the entire transaction lifecycle, from initial evaluation to post-merger integration. Key duties include managing due diligence, developing and executing integration plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and handling project timelines, budgets, and risks. The role requires strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure a successful merger or acquisition.

Requirements

Must have experience managing Mergers and Acquisitions in the Banking industry
Specific experience in managing M&A integrations is highly valuable.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with M&A phases, including due diligence and integration planning.
An advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field, and/or a PMP certification, can be required.

Responsibilities

Deal management : Oversee the evaluation of potential M&A targets and manage the process through all phases, from pre-deal due diligence to post-merger integration.
Integration planning : Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans, ensuring a smooth transition for operations, systems, and people.
Project coordination : Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, finance, IT, HR) are aligned and working together effectively.
Risk management : Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the M&A process.
Stakeholder communication : Facilitate communication and provide regular updates to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
Reporting and documentation : Prepare project plans, documentation, dashboards, and leadership reports to track progress and outcomes.
